Register an individual

Friends and relatives can voluntarily register the name of an individual or loved one who has died as a result of a work-related accident, incident or disease to be published on the National Workers Memorial Honour Roll.

Inclusion on the Honour Roll

If the deceased is of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, does the deceased's family support their inclusion on the Honour Roll.

*Please note that individuals of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent whose inclusion on the Honour Roll is not supported by their family may not be included on the Honour Roll.
